I’ve been bartending for 17 years from corporate restaurants to music venues. I found a personal love of being able to create cocktails. I had to take a break from my love when I was diagnosed with breast cancer but fought through it to be able to get back into an industry that I have a passion for. Now stronger than ever. I love sharing my roots of being Korean, French, and growing up in an area that has a lot of cajun influences. They show in my cocktails and even in my food dishes.
